Born and raised on the farm without the use of feed antibiotics or artificial growth hormones, Hastings Farm Natural Beef is pastured most of the year.  When snow is on the ground, our beef cows eat feed raised here on the farm as well.  Hastings Farm Natural Beef is dry aged and cut at a USDA-inspected and humane certified facility.

Handcrafted in small batches with fresh non-homogenized whole milk, vegetable rennet, salt and cultures.

Our cheeses are sold by the pound:

All natural non-homogenized milk, pasteurized at a low temperature to preserve the freshest flavor.
